Sarah Ostrom, LICSW
Waitlist Available
With over 20 years of post-graduate social work experience, Sarah works with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, parenting stress, relational challenges, executive dysfunction, and the experience of living with a constantly “busy brain.”
Sarah provides a supportive, non-judgmental, and neuro-affirming space where clients can better understand themselves without feeling like they need to be “fixed.” She believes therapy is a process of self-exploration, understanding how your mind works, and identifying strategies that genuinely fit your life and strengths.
Her approach is interactive, collaborative, and grounded in approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and mind-body awareness. Sarah believes clients already possess many of the strengths needed for healing and lasting change, and works alongside them to help life feel more manageable, authentic, and fulfilling.
Clinician
Brynn Terry, LMSW
Accepting New Clients
Brynn works with individuals navigating substance use, gambling addiction, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurodivergence, mood disorders including Bipolar Disorder, and grief related to dementia and Alzheimer’s. She also enjoys working with LGBTQIA+ clients, particularly those navigating both addiction and mental health challenges.
Brynn believes therapy should feel like a supportive and collaborative space rather than another pressure added to daily life. She values creating an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while exploring growth, healing, and a better understanding of their own experiences.
Her approach is conversational, compassionate, and centered around helping clients define healing for themselves rather than feeling pushed toward someone else’s expectations. Brynn believes mental health does not define a person, but can provide an opportunity to better understand yourself and build a life that feels more authentic and manageable.
